This first-ever retrospective of Quellinus’ work is a gift to the city in celebration of Amsterdam’s 750th anniversary, realised by the Royal Palace in collaboration with the Rijksmuseum. More than one hundred masterpieces by Quellinus, known as the master of living marble, have been brought together for this extraordinary exhibition. HIZKIA proudly managed the full scope of art logistics at the highest level, supported by our teams in Germany, Denmark, Belgium, and France. From transporting monumental 17th-century marble sculptures to coordinating complex international loans, this project is a true reflection of what 35 years of HIZKIA expertise looks like.
