Baroque in Antwerp
On 1 June our Belgian neighbours launched the Antwerp Baroque 2018: Rubens inspires festival year.
In the M HKA (Museum of Contemporary Art Antwerp) Luc Tuymans presents the exhibition Sanguine/Bloedrood with Caravaggio’s The Flagellation of Christ (1607) as the highlight. We are proud of the fact that we had the honour of hanging this work – to great media interest – and also contribute to the activities of many other museums in Antwerp. We were featured on the national & regional tv.
